Through training in customer care and the selection process of employment we ensure that our staff are, polite, diplomatic and have the necessary product awareness that makes our customers feel welcome.

Through corporate training each member of staff IS trained according to current legislation. This will cover all issues within the catering sector such as Basic Food Hygiene and the BIIAB Level 2 National Certificate for Personal Licence Holders.
