Barbecue & Spit Roast
If you like to dine ‘al Fresco’ you will be pleased to know that we have plenty of experience with barbeque dishes and spit roasts.
There's always something quite special when your chefs toss and turn your meal for your guests to see. Combine that with the aroma of sweet marinades and you’ve set the stage for something quite dramatic.
We compliment these meals with an assortment of freshly sourced summer salad dishes.

Lamb & Apricot Kebabs
A combination of tender lamb, shallots, apricots and fresh mushrooms, basted with a honey and mint sauce. Other kebabs to chew over are monkfish with king prawn and roasted pepper with sweet potato and courgette.

Flame Grilled Steak
As with most items cooked on the BBQ, a well-matured tender steak benefits from a searing heat on its initial introduction to the grill. Peppered and basted in olive oil, sealed and cooked to order.

Spit Roast Hog
Locally sourced and organic, these pigs have a wonderful flavour when slowed cooked. Stuffed to profusion with herbs, red onion, fruit and garlic. During cooking we infuse a local cider to a charming country flavour.

Marinated Salmon Darns
Eight ounce, Scottish salmon steak, marinated in a light soy and ginger sauce. Cooked to perfection on a hot griddle plate for a moist tenderness. Other fish dishes include scallops, langoustine and Creole crab claw.
