Smoked Fish Salad
An extremely imaginative platter especially created for the most discerning fish lover. The centrepiece contains a mixture of baby octopus, calamari mussels and squid. The brine is flavoured with herbs, garlic and vegetables. Surrounding the dish is smoked trout, delicate and complimentary to the centrepiece.

Stuffed Peppers
Spanish peppers, containing freshly pan-fried medley of baby corn, mange tout and fine green beans. Flavoured with fennel or any herb of your choice and topped with a baked vine tomato. This is a superb way of adding ‘green’ to your meal, easily served and well presented.

Tomato & Wild Mushroom Salsa
The finest ripe whole plum tomatoes are used in this very continental dish. Flavoured with a peppered balsamic vinaigrette and garnished with fresh wild mushrooms.

New Potato & Red Onion Salad
This tempting salad is prepared with a marinade of sliced red onion, garlic, Balsamic vinegar, olive oil and fresh lemon mint. The potatoes are then added while still steaming and allowed to cool and soak up all the flavour of the marinade. Delicious served hot or cold.
