Mixed Canapés
All of our canapés are designed to be able to be mixed, presented on natural bamboo with minimal garnish for excellent presentation. Here you see stuffed baby courgettes, butchers beef puddings and Serrano ham with Montenebro cheese.
East meets West
Succulent Thai fish cakes served with a Hoisin and sweet chilli dip. Butchers Beef Puddings, shredded beef in a sage sauce with stuffed olives.
Mixed Canapés
A fantastic gastronomic mixture combining vegetable Samosas, Chicken Chaat, Smoked Salmon with fresh strawberry and ground black pepper and Serrano Ham with Montenebro Cheese and Quince paste.
Potato & Onion Rosti
Grated potato with Spanish onion in a delightful Tempura batter topped with freshly produced Crème Fraîche and chive. A moorish snack that is equally appreciated by all age groups.
