When we sit down and plan your menu with you, there are a number of factors we will take into account, for example the timescales for your event, you and your guest’s preferences, tradition and your budget.

Smoked Salmon & Rocket Salad
A special combination of traditionally oak smoked prime salmon accompanied with hot smoked mackerel fresh from local kilns. Served on a bed of wild rocket, this is a superb light starter that combines delicate flavours and excellent local produce.

Mezze Platter
Bringing a little of the continental Spanish to your table. Served in the centre of your table on a Lazy Susan, this wonderful array of morsels becomes the focal point for conversation amongst your guests. This is a very flexible dish that can consist of a whole host of ingredients.

Tomato & Aubergine Gateaux
Serve as a starter or main course, these well-paired ingredients are skilfully pan fried in light olive oil and cracked black pepper, baked and turned out onto a bed of fresh pearl barley with a distinct red wine vinaigrette.

Parma Ham & Melon
With its distinct flavour and delicate texture, Parma Ham has always had its place when served with melon. We serve ours with a delicious homemade apple chutney and Italian bread.
