Vegetarian
Without a doubt there is an abundance of produce available for vegetarian dishes.
With the imagination and flair of our chefs we can present you with a sumptuous meal that will be the envy of your carnivorous neighbour.
If any of your guests have a particular dietary requirement or have a food allergy then please feel free to discuss this with us, nothing is too much for our chefs to accommodate.

Asparagus & Pine Nuts
The Cornish Asparagus season is one of my favourite times, the quality is marvellous but sadly for us, availability is short lived. When freshly available we gently steam the seasoned stalks and dress them with crispy pine nuts flashed in a lemon oil.

Tomato & Aubergine Gateaux
Serve as a starter or main course, these well-paired ingredients are skilfully pan fried in light olive oil and cracked black pepper, baked and turned out onto a bed of fresh pearl barley with a distinct red wine vinaigrette.

Mezze
The Mezze concept is to take pleasure in the flavours and diverse textures available from the Mediterranean. This is a herb and pepper Couscous, fresh coriander hummus, local olives, St Keverne Brie and shaved Parmesan.

Salad Dish
Personally developed for a customer who wanted a simple and clean dish. The combination of Lollo Rosso, Endive, Oak and Rocket are garnished with sliced peppers and Parmesan and served with a Balsamic Vinaigrette.
