Dear Andy

We had the most fantastic day at Pendennis, as I'm sure you could tell from the permanent smiles we wore on the day and for several thereafter! A large part of that was thanks to you - your calm professional approach before the day, assuming responsibility for more than just the catering.

The food on the day, which was beautiful (had many, many compliments from our friends and family), the venison sausage was amazing and the chocolate dessert blew them away!

The service was excellent, professional, polite staff - and you couldn't have laid the reception out more perfectly, it was just as I imagined it in my head.

Thanks again for helping us make it a day we will always remember. Any time you need a reference, just shout.

What can we say? Talk about snatching victory from the jaws of disaster! Carla and I will always be grateful to you and your team for your superhuman efforts on our special day.

In spite of everything the weather threw at us you managed to serve up, early, a meal fit for royalty. We have had only complimentary comments on the food and service - believe it or not we've even had photographs sent to us of the main course - enough said!

Thank you for all your hard work to help make our wedding weekend special. The food was absolutely fantastic and many guests said it was the best wedding food they've ever tasted. They were also impressed with the waiting staff and excellent service. Thanks to Rosie for making sure we both tasted the canapés!

A guest said in a letter we received this week "the catering was quite the best we have had at any wedding" and we certainly agree with her.
